1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- All orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
- In case of prescription medicines, dispatch will only take place after receiving a valid doctor’s prescription (if applicable by law).
2. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted national and international courier and logistics partners to ensure secure delivery.
- Domestic Shipping (Within India): Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Delivery may take 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location, package weight, and courier service chosen.
- For certain locations or bulk orders, we may offer free shipping or discounted rates.
- International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.
4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities (India): 2–5 working days.
- Other Indian Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days.
- International Orders: 10–21 working days (depending on country & customs clearance).
⚠️ Delays may occur due to:
- National holidays or weekends
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs clearance procedures for international shipments
- Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen logistical disruptions

6. Customs & International Regulations
- For international shipments, local customs authorities may hold or delay your package.
- Any customs duties, import charges, or additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers must ensure that the medicines ordered are permitted in their country. We are not liable for orders seized or denied entry by customs.
7. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of consignee, or refusal to accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery can be arranged, but the customer will be required to pay additional shipping charges.
- No refunds will be issued in case of repeated failed delivery attempts unless agreed upon by management.
8. Packaging & Safety
- All medicines are packed in tamper-proof, discreet, and secure packaging to maintain product safety and privacy.
- Cold chain or temperature-sensitive medicines (if applicable) are shipped with specialized packaging to ensure effectiveness.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to countries or regions where import of pharmaceutical products is restricted or prohibited.
- In such cases, if the order cannot be shipped, the customer will be informed and a refund (after deducting transaction charges) will be processed.
