  • You will be required to provide a reason for cancellation.
  • Once the request is accepted, you will receive a cancellation confirmation invoice by email.

2. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • After receiving your cancellation request, our team will verify if it meets the terms of this policy.
  • Refunds are made only through online transfer to your bank account or original payment mode.
  • Customers must provide correct bank/account details for refund processing.
  • No cash or draft refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Medipills Pharma is not responsible for delays caused by your bank. Customers should follow up with their bank directly if the refund is not credited within the mentioned timeframe.

3. What Is Not Refundable?

  • Taxes, customs duty, or government levies are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded once the order is dispatched.

4. Valid Scenarios for Cancellation

a) Product Out of Stock

If the medicines ordered are unavailable, we may automatically cancel your order. In such cases, a full refund (excluding government taxes) will be processed. Partial shipments may be offered if some items are available.

b) Non-Receipt of Payment

If payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.

c) Delay in Delivery

If delivery takes longer than expected, you may request cancellation anytime before the product is delivered.
⚠️ However, if the order has already reached customs in your country, certain charges (like duties) may be deducted from the refund.

d) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product or dosage, you may request cancellation/refund within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

e) Tampered or Damaged Product

If the product is found to be tampered, broken, or damaged, you can request cancellation within 7 days of delivery.
