1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
  • Packaging Issues: If the product is delivered with tampered, broken, or unsealed packaging.
  • Transit Issues: If items are lost or mishandled during delivery.

❌ Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product seal is broken, packaging tampered, or product is opened/used.
  • If the product is returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • If the medicine was purchased without prescription (where legally required).
  • For products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Provided if the order is canceled before dispatch or if we are unable to deliver due to internal issues or stock unavailability.
  • Partial Refund: In some cases (such as return of only part of an order), refunds will be processed for the returned products only.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Medicines once opened, used, or altered in any way are strictly non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Refunds will be credited through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase (Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).


3. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement product under eligible conditions:

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
  • Customers must notify us of replacement requests within 7 days of delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team with your Order ID, invoice copy, and reason for return.
  2. Provide photo/video evidence if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our designated return address in unused, sealed, and original packaging.
  4. After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

⚠️ Note: Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


6. Customs & International Orders

  • For international orders, delays or rejections by customs authorities are beyond our control.
  • If an order is seized, confiscated, or returned by customs, refunds will be processed only after deducting shipping, handling, and customs charges (if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that medicines ordered are permitted in their country.
